PalisadeThe old playbook won't rebuild Western supply. We will.

The Platform

One governed layer. Each applicable stage of the asset.

Find it, build it, run it: one governed layer directing the industry's specialist tools rather than replacing them.

Asset context selects the applicable modules. The current commercial demonstration is plant- and project-scoped; subsurface tools appear only for a qualifying mining asset.

Exploration
For applicable mining assets, geophysics, geochemistry, and drill logs can be held in one subsurface model. Drilling is prioritized against cost and resource potential.

Study gates are carried through one governed model, from source records to an internally checked design package, grounded in engineering cost data.

Palisade target
A governed loop, closed end-to-end.
Weeks of hand-offs → near real-time · full audit trail · human approval at every consequential step
Assay lands via API Block model updates Feeds DFS engine AI drafts NI 43-101 Reviewer confirms Feeds operations Actuals reconcile the model
Advisory until reviewed. A designated reviewer gates every AI output; professional acceptance remains outside this demonstration.
Never hallucinate geology. A missing grade is a validation error — never a default.
Safety is hard-coded. HSEQ limits are system constraints, outside any prompt, and can never be overridden.
From source records to reviewed package.
The Exploration module, step by step — the same governed pattern runs in Capital Projects and Operations
1Drilling. Core logged metre by metre; mineralized intervals flagged for assay.
2Assay return. The lab returns grades over API, raising an event.
3Join. Assay batch matched to its logged interval. Where manual processes lose data.
4Validation. Schema checks on every field; any failure blocks the workflow.
5Human review. Nothing moves until the designated reviewer records a decision.
6Model update. The block model recalculates; warnings constrain what can be drafted.
7Drafting & hand-off. Controlled sections can be drafted; professional filing remains outside this demonstration.
8Reconciliation. Production actuals correct the resource model. The loop closes.
The Data Layer

One data architecture across applicable asset stages.

Subsurface, execution, and operating data unified in a single model: proprietary, and compounding with every asset we run.

Applicable source
Subsurface or plant
Source records are selected by asset context; mining datasets are not assumed for a commercial plant.
Execution
The build
Cost, schedule, and engineering records bound to a versioned source cut.
Operating records
When enabled
Operating and maintenance telemetry remains scoped and review-gated.
One model, end to end.
Each qualified source cut informs the next stage. The selected asset context governs which records are admitted and how they are reconciled.
Source records → Build → Operating records
  • Targets drilling for an applicable mining asset
  • Sequences permitting, engineering, and build, FEL 1→4
  • Stages operating records when the source is enabled
  • Keeps consequential actions behind human review

Every asset we operate feeds the model proprietary data. The dataset grows with every mine.

The Moat

Data competitors can't buy.

Structural moat
Depreciated analog infrastructure returns to service as instrumented, data-producing assets. Each operating site adds cost and performance history competitors cannot license.
Core portfolio
High-grade assets entering operational partnership, mapped to high-purity inputs for defense aerospace and advanced AI hardware.
Asset pipeline
Five near-term brownfield targets across Tier-1, Western-aligned jurisdictions: permits already in hand, the shortest route back to production.
The EPCM training reservoir
Acquiring a critical-minerals EPCM firm hands us decades of proprietary cost and project data, a training base software-only competitors cannot replicate.
